^HMRTECH/HJ Ford Joint Venture offers a wide variety of advisory and assistance services (A&AS) that help our customers do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. Whether it’s supporting USAF transformation with weapons modernization, management and professional support; studies, analyses, and evaluations; and engineering and technical services, the Joint Venture specializes in meeting mission-critical requirements though the creative use of technical and management expertise.

The objective of the Joint Venture activities is to foster appropriate tailored balance among all functions of the supported program, sound business practices, and economical resource application. The Joint Venture establishes a cooperative and efficient management process which enables its customers to meet their respective objectives and management needs. We work closely with our customers at the outset to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements is developed and that performance is on time, technically superior, and within budget.

Our services span the entire product and system life cycle from threat assessment, to design and integration, to operational support of fielded systems. Our core competencies are listed below.
