^HMRTECH/HJ Ford Small Business Administration Joint Venture (JV)

The ^HMRTECH/HJ Ford SBA JV is the culmination of a decade-long positive working relationship between its partner companies. This relationship was formalized over 6 years ago when we were one of the first two companies to obtain approval to enter into an SBA Mentor Protégé (M-P) agreement. We were recognized by SBA at the time as the “model for how to do mentoring right.” Our M-P accomplishments were recognized by DOD with the award of the prestigious Nunn-Perry Award for excellence.

We have used our current relationships and our reputation to form a comprehensive, fully integrated Team to meet the multifunctional challenges of Air Force customers. Our Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services (CAPS) Team includes 17 subcontractors, 10 of which are small businesses (SBs). Our SB subcontractors include 8(a), small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran owned and woman-owned companies.
