Working with small businesses is more than a
commitment or strategy. It’s good business and is supported at the
highest levels of Joint Venture management. Our commitment to small
business is an integral part of our foundation. Almost all
subcontracting activity is accomplished through upfront teaming on
specific procurements. Therefore, it is critical that small
businesses interested in teaming have capabilities/niches related to
the customer's statement of work. Additionally, two great discriminators or
differentiators are knowledge of the customer and strong past
performance qualifications.
